The Andalusia villa project is located at Al-Zaytonah area in Madaba, over an 800-donum land, and includes 576 villas. The project features 109,000 square meters total built-up area.

The work has been divided into two phases:

Phase one:

It started in June 2013, the number of villas was sixty four, areas varied from 350 to 1,200 square meters per villa, and the number of stories ranged from two to three stories.

The scope of work included the renovation and repairing of existing skeleton works, full finishing works, landscape works, as well as roads and pavements.

Phase two:

It started in December 2014, the number of villas was fifty five, areas varied from 350 to 1,200 square meters per villa, and the number of stories ranged from two to three stories.

The scope of work was the same as phase 1, which included the renovation and repairing of existing skeleton works, full finishing works, landscape works, and roads and pavements.
