This fantastic villa is located in one of the most affluent districts in Amman, and has been designed by the STG Design – Lebanon; an elite interior design house in the Middle East.

This stunning and nearly perfect villa will amaze you with its exterior design; it has beautiful and inviting glass front doors, and magnificent chess-like stone works

Built on a 2,750 square meters land, this four-story villa has a total built-up area of 2,500 square meters, and a wide planted landscape with an area of 2,000 square meters, including a 120- square meter outdoor swimming pool, and a bathhouse with restrooms, showers, and dressing rooms, in addition to a pergola area and a barbeque area.

The project scope of works included skeleton works, tiling works, MEP works, lighting works, landscape works, false ceilings, painting works, floor heating, duct installation, application of automation and smart systems for the whole villa that can be controlled remotely, in addition to creating skylights, decorative stone cladding, wooden walls cladding, creating column strips, creating fireplaces, creating two internal staircases; a main staircase and a spiral staircase, and we have also handled the furnishing process, as we have liaised with companies outside the country to facilitate the import of furniture to Amman and then to the villa.

Tiles were imported from Portugal, lighting was imported from Lebanon, the landscape plants and tiles were also imported from countries outside Jordan, and great efforts were made to combine all these foreign pieces to form one of the most luxurious villas in the city.

Working on the landscape is another story; different types of tiles were used to form the outdoor patio, and different species of plants imported from diverse countries were planted under our supervision.
